Official review sheet: what you will need to know
Thursday, January 12 Today students took a quest on des verbes pronominaux. We then went over the review sheet and discussed the exam.
Friday, January 13 Today we went over the conditionnel sheet that you did over the snow day. If you were not there and are not sure how the conditionnel works, I will be available on Monday at lunch for you! We then practiced a listening acitivity for our listening exam next Wednesday. Here is a link to many different listening podcasts. We will talk more about what this will look like on Monday, but it will be a combination of various listening activities that we have done this year. We will listen to a podcast from this website, we will have a listening activity with me speaking, and we will do a couple other activities from our textbook/cahier.
Monday, January 16 Today we rapid fire reviewed all the verb conjugations. Well done! Tomorrow we will be reviewing in stations.
Tuesday, January 17 Bon mardi matin a tous! Take a deep breath..regulate it and envision yourself succeeding. You can do this and an ice day may bring stress, but let's collectively use this as an opportunity to get lots of studying in. If you have any questions for me, feel free to email me throughout the day. I encourage you to work through the packets, look at your (helpful) notes, and do corrections on tests and quizzes to work to improve. Tomorrow, we will still be having our listening exam, so do check out the podcasts on francais facile (linked above) and be able to recognize the differences between different verbs when they are spoken. The listening exam is a culmination of your dedication to understanding throughout the course, and your ability to understand me as I talk; as opposed to stressing, simply listen to some French music and try to think in French for a little today :)
I will be shortening this listening exam so that we have some time after to review in our stations--this will be brief, however.
You can do this! Praying for a restful but productive day.
Wednesday, January 18 Hi all! Sorry we didn't get a chance to talk more about tomorrow's speaking exam. If you are familiar with pronouns, vocabulary, and verb tenses--and you should be good to go!
Thursday, January 19 Speaking exam!
Monday, January 23 Exam day! Study, study, study! You can do it. I sent an email outlining important logistics for tomorrow. I also sent the answers to the questions in the first study packet that were incorrectly scanned into the computer. Please email me if you have any questions about any of it.
Essentially, you need to bring the following:
1) Two pieces of assessment: any quiz, test, assignment, etc.
2) A pencil!
3) Your textbook.
You are so close to being done--yeehaw! All the best.
